Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 10 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of hiddensteps.app and your participation in the HiddenSteps Culture Fest organised by Enrico Leonardo Berardone, Lange Straße 52, 72525 Münsingen, Germany ("organiser", "we"). By submitting the registration form you accept these Terms.
1. The event
The HiddenSteps Culture Fest is a curated, day-long cultural gathering planned for Saturday, 25 July 2026 in Milan, Italy. Participation is free of charge. The event is privately organised; it is not a commercial tour or a regulated tourism service.
2. Registration
Registration is required and personal — one registration per adult. The information you provide must be accurate. You must be at least 18 years old to register; minors may attend only when accompanied by a registered adult who is responsible for them. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke registrations that are duplicate, fraudulent, or incompatible with the spirit of the event.
3. Free participation, no entitlement to specific activities
Because the event is free, there is no entitlement to a specific programme, specific activities, specific time slots, or a specific outcome. The published activity options are indicative; the final programme depends on group size, weather, third-party availability and other organisational factors. We may change, replace, postpone or cancel individual activities or the entire event at any time, in particular for reasons of safety, weather, force majeure or insufficient registrations.
4. Cancellation by you
You may cancel your registration at any time, free of charge, by writing to enrico@hiddensteps.app. We kindly ask you to cancel as early as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else.
5. Cancellation by the organiser
If we have to cancel or significantly change the event, we will inform registered participants by email and/or WhatsApp as soon as possible. As participation is free, there is no claim to reimbursement of personal expenses (e.g. travel, accommodation). We recommend booking flexible travel and accommodation.
6. Your own conduct & responsibility
Each participant attends the event on their own responsibility. You are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants and third parties, to follow reasonable instructions of the organiser and any third-party hosts, and to comply with applicable laws. We may exclude participants whose behaviour disrupts the event, endangers others, or violates the law, without compensation.
7. Health, allergies & accessibility
You are responsible for assessing whether activities are suitable for your health condition. Please disclose relevant allergies, intolerances or accessibility needs in the registration form so we can take them into account where reasonably possible. Disclosure does not guarantee that every activity can be adapted.
8. Photos & videos
Photos and short videos may be taken at the event for documentation and external communication (social media, website). You can object to being photographed or to the publication of photos depicting you at any time, before the event by email or on the day to the organiser. Children depicted in photos used for external communication will be made unrecognisable by default.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence and for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. For damages caused by simple negligence we are liable only in case of breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability is excluded. The above limitations apply accordingly to our personal liability and to the liability of our agents.
10. Third-party services
Some activities may be provided by independent third parties (e.g. a museum, a workshop host, a venue). The contractual relationship for those services is between you and the third party where applicable. We act solely as organiser and do not assume the third party's contractual obligations.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the event setup changes. The version date above always reflects the current version. The Terms applicable to your registration are the ones in force at the time you register.
12. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered seat of the organiser.
